Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist

I am Robert Lamb owner and founder of New Found Strength Fitness and Nutrition in Temecula.

 

As a Personal Trainer, I specialize in Corrective Exercise (CEx) so as to be able to identify your bodies improper movement patterns and compensations which cause you pain.  I love to teach and assist you in understanding your own body and its unseen compensations due to injuries (current or past) can be changed and corrected to bring you a pain free and strong body.  I want you to have a new found body and you'll love it.

I also am a Soft-Tissue Specialist by using the incredibly productive system of Resistance-Stretching.  This system is so powerful at producing results that every Therapist in the world should be using it.  Also the techniques of RPR, Reflexive Performance Reset which is a system of neuro-activation points that are touched to activate dormant muscles that are playing into movement compensations and especially your pain.
