SELF MYOFACIAL RELEASE (SMR), COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS "FOAM-ROLLING" CAN BE PERFORMED WITH MANY DIFFERENT IMPLEMENTS, THE FOAM ROLLER IS THE MOST OFTEN KNOWN AND USED ITEM.  HERE I DEMONSTRATE USING A BASKETBALL FOR THE EASE OF PERFORMING SMR AND MCT (MYOFACIAL COMPRESSION TECHNIQUES) TO RELEASE MUSCLE TENSION.  TENSION AND TIGHTNESS IS A LEADING CAUSE OF INJURIES, NOT WEAKNESS.  BE HEALTHY; BE HAPPY.
